The Project
Wycombe Wanderers FC were undertaking an upgrade programme of their existing online store. The store featured 100’s of existing branded products and 10’000’s of existing orders. Existing content and data were to be migrated to the new platform and a customisation feature to be introduced to allow users to customise football kits.
Existing processes were disconnected, making it difficult to manage inventory and track sales between the on-site club shop at Adams Park Stadium, and sales via the existing online store. The goal was to unify multiple points of sales for easier management and tracking.
To further streamline the sales process, an order fulfilment process was required to automate sales operations and reduce admin time.

What We Did
We developed a custom Shopify theme to compliment the innovative design of the main client website built via Urbanzoo.io
Then we used AI to create templates to map 10’000’s rows of data, migrating existing product content, media and order data to Shopify.
A product customisation feature was coded with the help of AI allowing shoppers to personalise football kits sold via the store. A POS system was setup to capture in-person sales at the stadium club shop.
The system was connected to a fulfilment centre by Mission Logix. All orders are routed to Mission Logix who automatically import sales data then customise, pack, ship and track orders, completely automating online orders from click to doorstep.

The Results
The result was a faster, smoother shopping experience for supporters with a system that was cohesive, centralised and automated for our client. All sales now went through a single system with automatically fulfilled orders.
